The changes affecting in the approved agency must be notified to IATA well in advance of the effective date when change of ownership, change of location and change of name. Failure to notify changes occurring in the agency to IATA may lead to the termination of the agent’s IATA approval. Agency administrator may decide to with draw the approval of the agent, any of its approved locations and to do business with airlines on a cash basis. |
