Under the term of “IATA passenger sales agency agreement”, section 9 the carriers will pay a commission to the agent when sales made on airlines behalf and correct fare is collected and paid to the carrier. No commission is payable to agent for transportation sold to a government at a government discount, where payment for such transportation is made directly to the carrier and paid by a government transportation request. |
