Final trip arrangements of a tour include a letter of congratulations, the final tour itinerary with programme of events, clear information on travel documents needed for the trip, useful travel tips such as baggage allowance. What to wear, customs and currency regulations and items such as agent’s travel bag and nametags as applicable and the documents should be sent separately are airline tickets, tour vouchers and personnel baggage insurance policies. All documents should only be released to the sponsor after carefully rechecking of all items against documents and after payment arrangements have been satisfied. |
