The agent who fails to submit a sales report with full remittance or a “no sales” repot when no sales have been made to the carrier within the prescribed period will receive a “notice of irregularity”. The consequences for an agent of receiving a “notices of irregularity” the agent will be placed on a “cash basis”, payment of commission will be with held, reduced fare transportation facilities will be with held and ASM may withdraw the agent’s IATA approval. |
