Rate Of Exchange (ROE): Conversion factor of the country of commencement of travel is known as Rate Of Exchange. ROE is established by the IATA Clearing House on 15th of each month at a five day average. ROE changes four times a year and it can be used in two ways: to convert the NUC into Local Currency, use multiplication and to convert the Local Currency Fare (LCF) into NUC, use division. |
