The approval of tour literature is necessary from sponsoring IATA member airline and tour operator must submit relevant tour literature to sponsoring IATA member airline for approval and approval must be given prior to date of departure of first tour. Airline will provide “IATA tour code number” to identify tour in tour literature. This code must then be shown on passenger ticket. |
