  CONVENTION WARSAW
 
Warsaw Convention of 12th October 1929 is the inter government agreement for liability of the airlines in the case of death or injury to the passenger or loss, delay, or damage to baggage or cargo. According to Warsaw Convention airline is liable to pay damages unless it can prove that it has taken all the necessary precaution to avoid that. Limit is set to the amount for which airline is liable to pay for different damages. According to Warsaw Convention liabilities of the airline incase of death of passenger is USD 10,000.
